Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over for processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at help@mubychan.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with cancellations before shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and no cancellations or refunds can be made.
Please ensure all order details (including items, quantities, and shipping information) are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Concerns
Each item is carefully checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases, issues may occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your case, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video showing the issue
- A short description of the issue
Once received, we will carefully review your request and work with you to provide a fair and appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review unless covered by a valid warranty.
Delivery
An order is considered successfully delivered once the tracking status shows it has been delivered.
Once delivery is confirmed, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
